With more than 40 years of construction experience our management team has built new homes in luxurious communities of the highest quality and design, working with most of Florida’s largest homebuilders. Throughout the years they have helped these companies achieve numerous awards from many building associations and customer satisfaction surveys commissioned by the media. In 2012 we decided to expand our company internationally, focusing on Central America and the Caribbean.

OUR LEADERSHIP
Anthony Mock
President & Engineer
As President and CEO of ABM Development and Design, Anthony has in-depth involvement in the daily operations of the company and participates in all aspects of corporate management. He closely monitors activities associated with ABM’s entire conceptual and hard-bid estimating processes.
Anthony is involved in every project throughout the pre-construction and construction phases, instilling ownership in his team members and encouraging a team environment for all parties involved.
Anthony is a graduate of the University of Miami and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural and Structural Engineering; he also has a concentration in Building Construction Management.
William “Bill” Allen
Project Manager
Bill is responsible for managing all aspects of a project, including scheduling and the oversight of our project subcontractors ensuring that each project is completed on schedule and finished with the highest level of quality. Bill is also responsible for overseeing the management and control of the financial aspect of each project ensuring that set budgets, schedules and enforcement of contractual provisions from pre-bid to warranty are performed to contract.
He has extensive knowledge of all phases of construction from excavation through building finishes. As a Master Builder he owned his own shell construction company and has worked all phases of construction on large residential and commercial projects in the state of Florida for the past 40 years. Bill also has experience in the land development process, managing project due diligence and development field operations for several large residential projects in southwest Florida.
